These terms cover your use of the Steppy iPhone app and this website, provided by MT Solutions, LLC. By using Steppy you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Steppy.

Using Steppy

Steppy is an alarm app that asks you to walk a number of steps before a race is finished. You are responsible for choosing a step goal that is safe for you. Walk somewhere clear of obstacles, especially when it's dark and you just woke up.

Health

Steppy is not a medical device and doesn't give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before changing your activity if you have a health condition.

Alarms

Steppy uses Apple's AlarmKit and your iPhone's step counter. Alarms depend on your device, its settings, its battery and iOS. We work hard to make alarms reliable, but we can't guarantee that an alarm will ring or that every step will be counted. Don't rely on Steppy as your only alarm for anything critical.

Points and races

Points, crowns, streaks and leaderboards are for fun. They have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or prizes. We may change how scoring works.

Fair play

Don't try to fake steps, tamper with the app, or harass other players. We may remove access for anyone who does.

Purchases

If Steppy offers paid features, they are sold through Apple's App Store and follow Apple's terms, including billing, renewals and refunds.

Our content

The Steppy name, design and app are owned by MT Solutions, LLC. You may share your own scorecards and screenshots.

Disclaimer and liability

Steppy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, MT Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including missed appointments or injuries from walking, arising from your use of Steppy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use Steppy means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
